PAYMENT

Payment is required upfront, before I start your commission.

All payments are to be made through PayPal (USD). My prices have a 5% tax included to cover fees.

I do not offer refunds unless I cannot find the time or motivation to complete your commission. Commissions with lines or beyond will under no circumstances be refunded. If you absolutely need a refund, or for whatever reason no longer want the commission, please discuss it with me. Refunding / initiating a chargeback without prior agreement will result in blacklisting and confiscation of all of my art / designs.

When purchasing designs from me, payment is expected to be sent within 24hrs of your claim / offer being accepted. I do not do holds. Payment plans can be discussed, however I require a nonrefundable down payment of half upfront, and usually will not accept a timeframe over 2 weeks to a month.

Payment for designs is to be sent through PayPal Friends & Family, UNLESS it is a flat sale or a payment over $150. My adopts are nonrefundable.

Whether for a commission or an adopt, do not ghost me if you're no longer interested. Similarly, if you have to back out of a USD offer, please either edit your comment or notify me privately. If you back out when I accept your offer or you ghost me for multiple days, I will blacklist you. Just tell me you're no longer interested or cannot pay. Backing out of offers multiple times will result in blacklisting as well; don't offer if you can't pay / commit to it.

COMMISSIONS & GENERAL ART USAGE

None of my artwork or designs are ever to be used as NFTs / blockchains or any other type of cryptocurrency.

None of my artwork or designs are ever to be used commercially unless agreed upon beforehand.

None of my artwork or designs are ever to be used for AI training / in AI art.

You are not allowed to copy, reference, edit, or redistribute my art. You may share art / designs from me that you own, with credit every time.

I reserve the right to deny commission requests or claims / offers on designs for any reason. Whether this be my own lack in confidence of being able to provide a good product, or personal reasons for my own comfort. Please do not question or argue with me in these situations.

If you have a specific timeline you would like a commission to be done by, let me know. Deadlines can be discussed; rush fees are subject to be added depending on how soon you want the art finished. I may reject a rush fee request if I feel that I cannot complete it within the desired timeframe.

I will provide WIPs as requested, but please do not rush me or ask frequently for updates. I am not the fastest artist.

I am 100% open to suggestions and edits whilst in the sketching process. If I missed something, or there's something you're not happy with, please don't be afraid to let me know; the last thing I want is for you to be sad or disappointed in the product you receive. I'm willing to do multiple sketches. However, edits requested after this point will be minimal. Larger edits made after lining / coloring / finishing may be subject to additional fees.

Please keep in mind my physical health and personal life when commissioning me. My turnaround can range from 2 - 6 months, as I struggle with chronic illnesses and a hectic life, and at times cannot draw at all because of these. If I owe you art, I will keep you updated as best I can; please be patient with me. Thank you!

DESIGN USAGE & RESELLING / GIFTING / TRADING

You must notify me before ANY transfers. Before any transaction has been completed, please contact me to discuss who you are looking to transfer the design to. You will be notified of a TOS break if I find out a transfer has been made without my acknowledgement. Multiple offenses will result in blacklisting.

Please do not remove the TOS field note that I put on my designs, as it is a reminder. Some may be missing this due to my own forgetfulness--this does not mean that you don't have to abide by the terms listed here.

You are not allowed to co-own my designs. I am personally not comfortable with multiple people owning one design, as it becomes tedious to keep track of the multiple profiles, and I will not step in if any issues arise between the owners. I do not allow it at all in order to avoid this.

Do not put your own TOS on top of mine (ie. "can only go back to @user" / "give @user first dibs"). Unless I personally have agreed to it, you will be warned and I will request the added TOS be removed. For multiple offenses, you will blacklisted, and any other designs by me in your ownership will be confiscated.

You are not allowed to sell my designs for a higher price than you paid unless additional commissioned art has been added. Personal, traded, gifted, or character payment art do not count toward a character's worth, it needs to have been paid for. (This is to prevent price gauging by adding an exorbitant amount of personal art to raise the design's worth.)

Adoptables that I have designed & are gifted/traded can only be gifted/traded unless additional art is added. You may only rehome a design for what you received them for (ie. if you got them from a trade, you may only trade & so forth).

Do not use my designs for "breedables", "hypokits", or other things of the sort. You may approach me about doing these if you can guarantee that the resulting design will not be leaving your care nor directly copied from my own.

Do not create "identical twin" designs using one of mine.

Do not edit my designs beyond recognition.
